VIRTUAL
The immersive stage. Eleven commissioned audiovisual works, performed once each, in a room built for exactly this and then taken down.
Made with, and made for
How it works
Day tickets, weekend passes and a patron tier that funds the commissions. All of them get you into everything on the day they cover.

Two weeks out, the running order and the site map land in your inbox. Stage times, transport, where the water is.

Doors at 14:00. Nothing sells out on site because nothing is sold on site — it is all on the wristband.

What's included
One wristband, four stages, no VIP area and no queue you can pay to skip.
Eleven new works commissioned for the festival, performed once, here.
Loaded on the wristband, refunded automatically within five days if you overload it.
Trained team on every stage, a quiet room, and a welfare tent that is staffed all night.
Night buses to three cities, included on weekend and patron tiers.
Every commissioned work released free, six weeks after, to everyone who came.

In their words
Eleven pieces that had never been performed and will not be performed again. I have been to festivals for twenty years and that is a genuinely unusual proposition.
The welfare tent was staffed at five in the morning and nobody made it weird. Small thing, enormous difference.
No phones on the warehouse floor turned out to be the best decision anyone has made about a dancefloor in a decade.
Questions
No. It is a warehouse site in the city, and the weekend and patron tiers include night buses to three cities so you can sleep in a bed.
